Almost always, yes — and most people are surprised by what they're sitting on. Whether you have Chase Ultimate Rewards, Amex Membership Rewards, Capital One Miles, or airline and hotel points, we'll audit your full balance and show you exactly what it's worth and what you could realistically book with it. We've helped clients discover they had enough for business class to Europe, a week at a five-star hotel, or both — using points they'd been ignoring for years. The audit is part of every engagement and it costs you nothing to find out.
-
We work with all three major transferable point currencies — Chase Ultimate Rewards, Amex Membership Rewards, and Capital One Miles — as well as airline programs including Delta SkyMiles, United MileagePlus, American AAdvantage, Air France Flying Blue, Qatar Airways Avios, Emirates Skywards, and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, and hotel programs including World of Hyatt, Hilton Honors, and Marriott Bonvoy. If you have points somewhere and aren't sure whether we can help, just ask — the answer is almost certainly yes.
-
Think of it this way: Points Pro is about unlocking the best possible value from your points — finding the redemption, handling the transfer, and booking the flight or hotel for less than you'd ever pay in cash. Dream Trip is about planning the entire trip around you — flights, hotels, activities, restaurants, and a day-by-day itinerary from arrival to departure. Many clients need both, which is why we offer them together as a bundle at a reduced rate. If you're primarily asking "what can I do with my points," start with Points Pro. If you're asking "plan my whole trip," start with Dream Trip. If the answer is both — the bundle is your best option.
-
Never. We don't need — and won't ask for — your credit card login details at any point. To audit your points we just need the balances, which you can find by logging into each loyalty program yourself and sharing the numbers with us. When it comes to booking, we'll either walk you through the transfer and redemption process step by step so you're always in control, or if you'd prefer we handle it entirely, we work with your loyalty program credentials only — never your credit card account. Your financial security is non-negotiable.
-
You don't pay. This is our core promise on Points Pro — if we can't find you a redemption that meaningfully beats what you'd pay in cash, there's no fee. We only earn when you save. This isn't a technicality or fine print — it's how the service is designed. We'd rather tell you upfront that cash is actually the better option for your specific situation than charge you for a redemption that doesn't deliver real value.
-
This is the most common challenge in points travel and something we navigate constantly. Award seats are limited and availability can be tight, especially on popular routes and peak dates. Our job is to know where to look, when to look, and which airlines consistently release the best award space for your route. If your exact dates aren't available we'll show you alternative dates, alternative routing through connecting cities, or alternative carriers that serve the same destination — often with better availability and lower point costs than your first choice. We never just tell you nothing is available and leave it there.
-
It depends on the program, but this is something we always check before we start. Most major programs — Chase, Amex, Capital One — don't expire as long as your account stays active. Airline and hotel programs vary more widely. Some require activity every 12–18 months to keep points alive. We'll flag any expiration risks specific to your points during the initial audit so there are no surprises, and we'll prioritize your timeline accordingly if anything is at risk of expiring.
-
Yes — and this is actually one of the most powerful use cases for points travel. Booking two business class seats together is harder than booking one because award availability for two adjacent seats is more limited, but we know which programs and routes make this most achievable. If you and your travel partner have points in different programs we'll look at whether combining or pooling makes sense, which programs allow household transfers, and the best overall strategy to get you both in premium cabins without depleting one person's balance entirely. Couples, honeymooners, and anniversary travelers are some of our most frequent clients for exactly this reason.
-
We respond to every inquiry within 24 hours. From there, most strategies and itineraries are ready within 3–5 business days depending on the complexity of your trip. A straightforward points redemption for one traveler on a clear route tends to be faster. A multi-destination itinerary for two people across multiple programs takes a little longer. Either way we'll give you a clear timeline after reviewing your inquiry so you always know what to expect and when.
-
Absolutely. Points aren't just for business class — though that's where the most dramatic savings happen. If economy is where you're most comfortable, points can cover domestic flights, international economy seats, hotel nights, and upgrades that make the overall trip more enjoyable without changing how you travel. The goal isn't to push you into a cabin you don't want — it's to make sure you're getting the most value out of rewards you've already earned. Whatever "better" means to you, that's what we're optimizing for.
-
Yes. Redemptions are only half the equation — how you earn matters just as much. We can look at your regular spending habits and recommend which credit cards would generate the most points for how you actually spend, whether that's dining, groceries, travel, or business expenses. The right card setup for your lifestyle can mean an extra 50,000–100,000 points per year without spending a dollar more than you already do. We're happy to walk through this as part of any engagement or as a standalone conversation.
