—THE STORY BEHIND TAKE ME THERE

It started with a seat that changed
everything.

I didn't set out to become a points expert. I set out to give someone I loved the experience of flying business class for the first time — and what happened on that flight changed how I thought about travel forever.

"Once you fly business class, there's no going back. That's the whole point."

—HOW IT STARTED

The flight that
changed everything.

It started with a simple goal — I wanted my partner to experience a business class seat on our first big trip together. We were flying LAX to Tokyo to Singapore and back, sixteen hours each way, and I couldn't imagine spending that much time in economy when there was a better option.

So I learned how to use our points. I transferred them to the right airline program, found the award availability, and booked a multi-city business class itinerary that would have cost over $8,000 in cash. We paid a fraction of that in points.

After that trip I became obsessed. Not just with traveling, but with understanding the system — which programs offer the most value, which transfer partners unlock the best routes, how to find award availability before it disappears, and how to consistently book experiences that most people assume are out of reach.

The moment I understood just how large the gap was between cash prices and points prices — particularly on long-haul routes like Paris, where a round-trip business class ticket can easily exceed $6,000 but can be booked on points with flexibility — I realized most people had no idea this was possible. They were either paying full cash price or flying economy when they didn't have to do either.

Then friends started asking. Then family. Then friends of friends. Someone needed help finding flights to Europe. Someone else had accumulated 200,000 Chase points and had no idea what to do with them. Someone was planning a honeymoon and wanted to do it right without spending a fortune. Every conversation ended the same way — with someone genuinely surprised that this level of travel was within reach.

That's when Take Me There became a business. Not because I planned it, but because the need was obvious and I was already doing the work anyway.

From the moment we checked in — priority line, no queue, straight through — to the lie-flat seats, the meals, the ability to actually sleep on a sixteen-hour flight — it was immediately clear that this was the only way to do long-haul international travel.

02

Most people are leaving thousands on the table

The gap between what points are worth when redeemed correctly versus how most people use them — statement credits, Amazon purchases, economy fares through a bank portal — is enormous. A 60,000-point Chase balance is worth $600 in cash back or business class to Paris. The difference is knowing where to look.

03

The best trips are the ones you didn't think you could afford

Every client I've worked with who has used points to travel at a level they couldn't otherwise justify has said some version of the same thing: "I didn't think this was possible for me." That moment — when someone realizes the Park Hyatt or the lie-flat seat or the five-star hotel was within reach all along — is exactly why I do this work.

WHAT I BELIEVE—

Three things I know
to be true about travel…

You tell us the destination. We handle everything from strategy to booking.

01

The flight is part of the trip

Sixteen hours in economy is not just uncomfortable — it means you arrive exhausted, jet-lagged, and already depleted before the trip begins. Business class changes the entire experience of international travel. It's not a luxury. It's a different category of trip entirely. And with points, it doesn't have to cost what most people think.

The points holder who doesn't know what to do

You've been accumulating Chase or Amex points for years and they're just sitting there. You know they're worth something but you don't know how to use them well. This is the most common client I work with and the one who is most surprised by what's possible.

WHO I WORK WITH—

The right clients
for Take Me There

I work best with people who want to travel well and are open to doing it differently than they have before. Here's who tends to get the most out of working together.
